Learn how to have a thorough consultation, understand the client’s curl pattern, hair texture, and lifestyle to decide the right cutting technique to use. Then, get hands-on and craft a curly cut optimized for versatility so your client can style their hair any way they desire. Finish your haircut with curl styling techniques designed for efficiency, movement, volume, and maximum definition through Mell’s simple 3 step styling method; including product knowledge and the best tools to achieve the look.
Included in the workshop: A mannequin head, Curl Leave-In, Curl Foaming Gel, and Ghost Oil will be provided for you by VERB which you can take home with you.
Students are required to bring: Scissors, combs, duckbill style clips, spray bottle, paddle style brush or Denman D3/D4 styling brush, leave-in conditioner/curl cream, curl styling gel/mousse, finishing serum/hair oil.
